A Master Mariner with extensive experience, he was involved in the startup of the FPSO 'Kizomba-A' at off-shore Angola and have also performed more than a hundred STS operations, including straight STS, tandem mooring operations at various terminals worldwide including at Shell SBM, Singapore.
Felina Lin graduated from the University of London School of Business with a Bachelor in Business.
She has over 10 years of professional experience in the marine and industry and is currently based in Singapore.
Heading the Group's commercial and business development desks, Felina is accomplished and actively involved in commercial optimization (charter & S&P) of the Fleet and expanding the Fleet under Ship Management.
Through her commercial management experience and creative problem solving skills, she value adds to the Clients by developing innovative & strategic solutions and approaches to meet Clients' requirements.

Associate of the "Royal Institute of Naval Architects, U.K. Member of the ABS Technical committee, and also on the middle eastern committees of Lloyds Register, DNV and NK classification societies.
Over 20 years of experience in the ship management & operations of various types and sizes, including VLCC's Aframax, MR tankers, Capesize, Kamsarmax, Transloaders, Panamax and Supramax bulkers, Tugs and Barges.

including timely planning, implementing, troubleshooting and repairs. He has also served as Senior Marine Surveyor at Lloyds agency in 2007.
A Maritime Professional with over 28 years’ experience in onshore & offshore marine industry as Marine Communication, Administration Officer and Contracts Officer for renowned companies namely Great Eastern Shipping, Shell, Prosafe and NKOM (Ship Yard). Successfully completed many projects such as dry-docking, major LNG tank repairs and vessel conversion. Played key role in establishing ISO / ISM documentation and successfully executed annual audits and surveys in obtaining the certification.
